• Meet at Valley Zipline Adventures - 8393 Hwy 95, Radium Hot Springs, BC.
• Park in the large parking lot (There is a billboard that says "Parking Turn Here")
• Walk up the path at the South end of the parking lot (There is a billboard that says "Zipline This Way")

• Closed-Toe, Tight Fitting Shoes are REQUIRED. Hiking boots or runners are most recommended. Vibram Fivefingers, crocs, water shoes, open-toed sandals, etc. are prohibited.
• Weather-appropriate clothing such as pants or longer shorts. No short shorts. 
• Sunscreen

• We do not provide rain gear on wet days, we do have ponchos for sale

• Check-In 15 Minutes prior to your tour booking.

Maximum Height : 6’6″/198cm
Minimum Height : 4’5″/135cm

Participants must be at least 4.5 feet tall to participate. Anyone under 5 feet tall may struggle to reach some elements. For the best experience, a chaperone is recommended to assist those under 5 feet tall.

Our height & weight limits are strictly enforced, as per the manufacturer.

• For a 100% refund, cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date. Cancellations MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. Email Cancellations are not accepted for security purposes.
• No refund for cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours prior to the tour date.
• No-shows will not be refunded or rebooked.
• Group Bookings of 10 or more are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy.
• If you need to cancel due to illness or a medical emergency, we require a doctor’s note from a local Invermere doctor/clinic in order to process a full refund.
• All our tours operate RAIN OR SHINE. We do not refund for inclement weather unless the weather makes for an unsafe environment.
• We will close the aerial park in the event of lightning or thunder; we will reschedule or refund up to 100% of the aerial park price if this occurs. The refund amount may be based on the proportion of the course that is completed. In high winds or other adverse conditions, Valley Zipline Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule climbing, based on management’s assessment of conditions. We will reschedule your climbing or refund up to 100% of the climbing price if this occurs. The refund amount may be based on the proportion of the aerial park completed.

*Please be aware, we reserve the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:*

• Participants are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Inappropriate behavior/language to staff or other guests
• Anyone that does not meet our official weight restrictions

In any of these circumstances, a refund will not be permitted.
