Reach new heights. See new views. The Marmot Climber is more than a climbing wall, it’s your chance to rise above it all. At 35 feet tall, this towering adventure offers a bird’s-eye view of the spectacular Columbia Valley, rewarding every grab, step, and pull with breathtaking scenery.
Designed to accommodate up to three climbers at once, it’s the perfect challenge for kids, adults, and anyone ready to push their limits. Whether you're building character, boosting confidence, or just looking for some upward fun, the Marmot Climber delivers one handhold at a time. Choose from a wide variety of distinct routes, each offering its own unique challenge. Then race against the clock or go head-to-head with friends and family to see who can top out first. With our mechanically operated TrueBlue Auto-Belays moving seamlessly with you as you climb, you can focus entirely on the ascent.
A professional guide will harness you up, walk you through the climb, and connect you to the auto-belay system, so all you have to do is climb. Come for the challenge. Stay for the view. Leave with the glory.
Important: Three climbers can climb simultaneously. TrueBlue Auto-Belays provide a smooth, safe ascent and descent, allowing climbers of all skill levels to enjoy the experience.

- Late Arrivals - If you are late for the climbing time you booked, we may try to reschedule you based on availability. There is no guarantee of rescheduling and no refunds will be issued for guests who arrive late for their climbing time.
- All guests must sign a waiver. Our digital waiver is included in your confirmation email.
- Closed Toe Shoes. Hiking boots or runners recommended. Vibram FiveFingers, Crocs, water shoes, open-toed sandals, etc. are prohibited.

Cancellation Deadline: 48 Hours prior to your activity Departure
Full Refunds
A full refund is available for any cancellations or reductions to your group size made before the stated Cancellation Deadline. To cancel, please contact us by email, or call our office. Groups of 10 or more are subject to a 7 Day Cancellation Policy.
No Refunds After Deadline
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or group size reductions made after the Cancellation Deadline. Your reservation reserves spaces that are then unavailable to others, and we finalize staff, guides, and logistics based on confirmed numbers.
Service & Refusal Policy
Valley Zipline Adventures reserves the right to refuse service and withhold all refunds after the Cancellation Deadline, including in the following situations:
Inability to complete an activity once it has begun
Arriving with fewer guests than reserved
No-shows or late arrivals for your scheduled departure.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests.
Appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Failure to meet the specific participant requirements for an activity (e.g., weight, height).
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your tour/booking to another date or time within the current season at no charge, provided space is available and the change is made before the Cancellation Deadline. Rescheduling after the deadline is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Modifying Your Booking
Removing Spots: Individual spots may be removed from a booking before the Cancellation Deadline for a refund. No refunds are given for removals after the deadline.
Substituting Guests: If a guest does not meet activity requirements, you may substitute a qualified participant at no charge, as long as it does not delay the departure.
Adding Spots: Additional participants may be added to an existing booking before departure, subject to availability, at the original per-person rate.
Activity Passes
All activity passes non-transferable once redeemed.
Weather
All our tours operate RAIN OR SHINE. We do not refund for inclement weather unless the weather makes for an unsafe environment.
We will stop running attractions in the event of thunder, lightning, or other adverse weather conditions. We will reschedule your activity booking or refund up to 100% of the activity price if this occurs. The refund amount may be based on the proportion of the activity completed.
